On Thursday, December 13, 2018, MCS Tech Co., Ltd. (CEO: Woo Hee-tak) participated in the
“Agreement Ceremony for Supporting the Establishment of Partner Companies’ Ethics and Human Rights Management System”
held at the Seoul branch of KEPCO KDN.

The ceremony was attended by KEPCO KDN (President: Park Sung-chul) and 15 partner companies.
KEPCO KDN pledged to support fair and transparent mutual growth by providing ethics and human rights assessments
and training for partner company contract managers, as well as services to help build ethics and human rights management systems (websites) for each partner.
The 15 participating companies, including MCS Tech, committed to active cooperation and open dialogue to promote shared growth.

Going forward, MCS Tech will collaborate with KEPCO KDN’s consulting efforts to establish an ethics and human rights management system,
including the drafting of an ethics charter.
The company will also conduct training to enhance the ethical and human rights awareness and capabilities of its contract managers,
contributing to the creation of a fair and transparent society.
