Investment Agreement Signed with Jeollanam-do Provincial Government

On December 23, Jeollanam-do held the “2014 Jeollanam-do Investment Attraction Day”
event, signing investment agreements totaling KRW 333.7 billion with 21 companies, including Korea Diaper Co., Ltd.,
and reviewing the year’s investment attraction activities.
During the first six months of the 6th term of Jeollanam-do’s civilian administration,
89 companies invested a total of KRW 1.371 trillion.

The event, held in the Wangin Room at the provincial office, was attended by approximately 200 people,
including Governor Lee Nak-yeon, Naju Mayor Kang In-gyu, Yeongam County Chief Jeon Dong-pyeong,
Hampyeong County Chief Ahn Byung-ho, Yeonggwang County Chief Kim Jun-sung, Jindo County Chief Lee Dong-jin,
and company representatives.

The companies signing investment agreements included Korea Diaper Co., Ltd. (KRW 43.6 billion),
a manufacturer of oriental medicine products relocating from Seoul to Yeongam Daebul Industrial Complex,
and ICT companies such as Smart Park Co., Ltd. (KRW 113.4 billion) entering Naju Innovation City,
among 21 companies in total, expected to create 1,327 jobs.

Among the ICT companies moving into Naju Innovation City were Smart Park Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Seung-chul),
Inno Park Sixteen Co., Ltd. (CEO Go Young-jun), Korea Pers Tech Co., Ltd. (CEO Jang Young-kyu),
Samsin Information Technology Co., Ltd. (CEO Na Song-hwan), MCST (CEO Woo Hee-tak), Intercraft Co., Ltd.
(CEO Kim Joo-hyun), IT Convergence Co., Ltd. (CEO Kwon Young-kyo),
and Narae Trend Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Seung-wook), a total of 8 companies.

These companies signed agreements with local universities, including Mokpo National University,
to train workforce linked to employment. They plan to gradually secure approximately 500 young professionals
from universities within the province and expand local hiring in the future.
